Solar-Dried, Fair Trade/Organic Coffee
In partnership with Café Solar®, Red Barn Coffee Roasters offers Medium Roast and French Roast Solar-Dried, Fair Trade/Organic coffees.
Café Solar® coffee is solar-dried using renewable energy technology developed by The Mesoamerican Development Institute, a nongovernmental organization with offices in Massachusetts, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. This technology eliminates the use of firewood and fossil fuels to dry the coffee harvest.
