We medium and French Roast these coffees separately then blend them post roast and the result is an excellent taste with just a hint of the smokiness of the French Roast. This is the coffee we use in our famous iced coffee.

This is our lightest roasted coffee. From Minas Gerais state in Brazil, which produces some of the highest quality coffees in the country, it has lower acidity and a milder taste and a wonderful nutty aroma.

Elegant and refined coffee from Indonesia. Very smooth lower acidity coffee with heavy body, even at our medium roast. This is a fantastic coffee if you take your cup with milk or cream.
